đ Product Delivery Policy
đš Closed Box Delivery
- All products are delivered in sealed (closed) boxes.
- Customers must make the payment at the time of delivery to receive the product.
- There is no option to open or check the product during delivery. If the product is not liked, it cannot be returned at that time.
đš Delivery Agent Responsibility
- Courier agents are only responsible for delivering the package.
- Many gadgets or battery-operated items need to be properly charged (3â6 hours) before testing.
- Courier agents cannot wait or assist in setup or troubleshooting.
- Customers must contact our customer care team directly for any technical support.
đš Unboxing Video is Mandatory
- Once the parcel is received, customers must record a full unboxing video at home.
- If any item is missing or a wrong product is delivered, this video must be submitted as proof.
- If the error is on our side, we will replace the product at our own expense.
đ Product Return & Warranty Policy
đš Eligibility for Return
- If a product has a warranty (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc.) and a valid issue is reported within 7 days of invoice date, it is eligible for return or replacement.
đš Accepted Courier Services

â Do NOT send via SA Paribahan (no office delivery, causes delays)
đš Packaging Instructions
- All items received with the product must be returned together.
- The original product box must be wrapped securely.
- Do not apply tape directly on the box.
- If the box is missing, wrap with newspaper and then tape.

đ ī¸ Return Process (Step by Step)
1ī¸âŖ Step 1: After sending the product by courier, send the booking slip via WhatsApp to â 01817-900100
2ī¸âŖ Step 2: We will check the product once it arrives.
3ī¸âŖ Step 3:
â If the issue is verified, we will fix or replace the product at no cost.
â If no issue is found, we will resend the same product after receiving courier charges from the customer.
4ī¸âŖ Step 4: We may share test videos as proof of condition if required.
đ° Courier Fee Policy
â If reported within 7 days of invoice:
- Customer bears the return (up) courier cost
- Sotota Zone bears the replacement (down) courier cost
â If reported after 7 days (warranty claim):
- Customer must pay both up & down courier fees
- Or, visit our showroom in person for drop-off and pick-up

- Inside Dhaka: 1â3 days
- Outside Dhaka: 3â5 days

- After receiving the returned product, we may take 5â10 business days to test and resolve the issue before shipping it back
