🚚 Product Delivery Policy

🔹 Closed Box Delivery

  1. All products are delivered in sealed (closed) boxes.
  2. Customers must make the payment at the time of delivery to receive the product.
  3. There is no option to open or check the product during delivery. If the product is not liked, it cannot be returned at that time.

🔹 Delivery Agent Responsibility

  1. Courier agents are only responsible for delivering the package.
  2. Many gadgets or battery-operated items need to be properly charged (3–6 hours) before testing.
  3. Courier agents cannot wait or assist in setup or troubleshooting.
  4. Customers must contact our customer care team directly for any technical support.

🔹 Unboxing Video is Mandatory

  1. Once the parcel is received, customers must record a full unboxing video at home.
  2. If any item is missing or a wrong product is delivered, this video must be submitted as proof.
  3. If the error is on our side, we will replace the product at our own expense.

🔄 Product Return & Warranty Policy

🔹 Eligibility for Return

  1. If a product has a warranty (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc.) and a valid issue is reported within 7 days of invoice date, it is eligible for return or replacement.

🔹 Accepted Courier Services

✅ Sundarban, Pathao, RedX, eCourier, Steadfast

❌ Do NOT send via SA Paribahan (no office delivery, causes delays)

🔹 Packaging Instructions

  1. All items received with the product must be returned together.
  2. The original product box must be wrapped securely.
  3. Do not apply tape directly on the box.
  4. If the box is missing, wrap with newspaper and then tape.

đŸ› ī¸ Return Process (Step by Step)

1ī¸âƒŖ Step 1: After sending the product by courier, send the booking slip via WhatsApp to → 01817-900100

2ī¸âƒŖ Step 2: We will check the product once it arrives.

3ī¸âƒŖ Step 3:

✅ If the issue is verified, we will fix or replace the product at no cost.

❌ If no issue is found, we will resend the same product after receiving courier charges from the customer.

4ī¸âƒŖ Step 4: We may share test videos as proof of condition if required.

💰 Courier Fee Policy

✔ If reported within 7 days of invoice:

  1. Customer bears the return (up) courier cost
  2. Sotota Zone bears the replacement (down) courier cost

❗ If reported after 7 days (warranty claim):

  1. Customer must pay both up & down courier fees
  2. Or, visit our showroom in person for drop-off and pick-up

âąī¸ Estimated Delivery & Return Timeline

đŸ“Ļ Delivery Time:

  1. Order Processing Time: Up to 72 hours
  2. Inside Dhaka: 1–3 days
  3. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 days

🔁 Return/Replacement Time:

  1. After receiving the returned product, we may take 5–10 business days to test and resolve the issue before shipping it back
