৩. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

1. সকল অর্ডার আমাদের যাচাই ও নিশ্চিতকরণের পরই চূড়ান্ত হবে।
2. আমরা নিচের পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করি:
3. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)
4. মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (বিকাশ, নগদ)
5. ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার
6. নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত না হলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

৪. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

1. ডেলিভারি সময় আপনার অবস্থান ও পণ্যের ধরন অনুযায়ী ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
2. কুরিয়ার বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের বিলম্বের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
3. ডেলিভারির সময় শিপিং চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে এবং তা চেকআউটের সময় জানানো হবে।

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

1. পণ্য গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করা যাবে, যদি:
2. পণ্যে ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটি থাকে
3. ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হয়ে থাকে
4. রিটার্নের জন্য পণ্য অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত ও মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে।
5. রিফান্ড (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়) ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
6. কাস্টমাইজড বা প্রিন্টেড পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়, যদি না ত্রুটি থাকে।

৬. ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা

1. কিছু ইলেকট্রনিক পণ্যের সঙ্গে সীমিত ওয়ারেন্টি থাকতে পারে।
2. ওয়ারেন্টি সম্পর্কিত বিস্তারিত তথ্য পণ্যের বর্ণনায় বা ইনভয়েসে উল্লেখ থাকবে।
3. অপব্যবহার, পানিতে ক্ষতি বা অনুমোদনহীন পরিবর্তন ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল করবে।

৭. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ
